The Glorious Sons to kick off new tour in September

Kingston based Rock and Roll Band The Glorious Sons have announced a new tour starting in September, with one of their key concert dates taking place in their hometown.

The band is slated to start its tour on September 6th in Pittsburgh and will have a total of 57 shows. The tour begins in the US at locations such as New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles, and then picks up in Canada on November 10th in Victoria.

Canadian tour locations include Edmonton, Calgary, Winnipeg, Regina, Saskatoon, Sudbury, Ottawa, Montreal, Moncton, Halifax, and will conclude in Kingston at the Leon’s Centre on New Year’s Eve. The band will be supported by the Blue Stones, Velveteers (TBA), and other special guests.

Leading up to the tour, the band is promoting its upcoming album by releasing new singles, such as “Lightning Bolt,” which was released on June 30th.

Their new album, dubbed “Glory,” is expected to be released this fall.

The band’s previous albums, ‘The Union’ and ‘Young Beauties and Fools,’ have gained national and international notoriety, sharing bills with The Struts, Greta Van Fleet, The Rolling Stones, and Twenty-One Pilots. The band has also secured a No. 1 Billboard hit in the US.
