Kingston’s witchiest tradition takes flight again this Friday, Oct. 24, as the Witches’ Walk returns to raise funds for Kingston Interval House, which provides shelter and support for women, youth, and children experiencing violence.

With the Kingston coven being founded in 2023 by local drag performer Tyffanie Morgan, the walk has quickly grown into a bewitching bash complete with a witch market, dance demos with Napanee’s Cauldron Sisters, and a moonlit stroll.

“It’s a time to get, you know, done up, dressed up in your finest witchy attire, gather around …,” says Morgan. “Raising spirits and funds for a local women’s charity.”

All are welcome to gather at Skeleton Park at 5 P.M. before taking to the streets of downtown Kingston.

“I’m hoping we build this witch community,” says Morgan. “That we can become this huge destination for people who just love to get together, dress up, and raise some funds.”
