Kingston Police is seeking the community’s assistance in locating a male who was captured on video creating mischief in a downtown parking lot. The incident occurred on January 13th, at 8:45am.
Carrying a large axe, the male suspect smashed a passenger side front window of a vehicle. He was then seen leaning forward, looking inside the broken vehicle prior to leaving the scene. The suspect was captured on a video which was mounted to a vehicle on Brock Street.
According to police, the male suspect is caucasian, wearing a black ball cap and a blue coat with light grey/white piping and accents.
