Kingston Police is seeking the public’s assistance in locating Kayla Howlett, who is 29 years of age.
Howlett was last seen on Wednesday, August 11, 2021, in downtown Kingston. Her current whereabouts are unknown but she may be in the Kingston or Ottawa areas.
She is described as 5’1”, 110 lbs, with a slim build and short brown curly hair. Howlett was last seen wearing black leggings, a burgundy red print skirt, a grey hoodie, red Converse running shoes, and a large round backpack.
