Vogue Charity Fashion Show (VCFS) is returning for its 25th year this spring, featuring the theme of Artem Terrae—art of the earth.

The show will be livestreamed from the Kingston Grand Theatre from March 3 to 5, 2022, displaying the cumulative work of over 170 students. According to Logan Ramsay, head of press and media at VCFS, the team has been “hopeful for an in-person show” as well.

VCFS Co-Presidents Emma Black and Sam Gahzal are “excited to present the 25th year of VCFS,” adding that their cast and crew have been working hard to produce the best possible show in support of Kingston Interval House and the Kingston community.

According to the VCFS website, their 2021 show generated a $22,000 donation to Almost Home, a social services organization in Kingston that supports families with children receiving medical treatment in Kingston hospitals.

This year, VCFS has partnered with Kingston Interval House, a local agency that has been operating since 1975. It offers 24-hour emergency shelter, community-based counseling, and second stage housing to women, youth, and children victims of violence.

“Funds raised from the VCFS will go directly towards supporting the women, children, and youth in Kingston and area who are accessing Kingston Interval House programs and services,” Nikki Beaulieu, Kingston Interval House fund development manager, said.

Livestream tickets are available for purchase now and the VCFS team hopes to release an in-person ticket option later this month, with 100 per cent of proceeds going to Kingston Interval House.

“Livestream tickets will have no cap on the amount of tickets sold, and each audience member will receive an unique link to the stream,” Ramsay wrote in an email to YGK News. “If audience members buy a livestream ticket now and wish to attend in person later, there will be an option to switch your ticket closer to the show date.”
